The yard is constructed with hard GSB materials and metal powder to support the load of containers, moving vehicles, and handling equipment. This robust infrastructure facilitates seamless operations and helps maintain the durability of the yard under heavy use. The yard also features a dedicated 400-meter road for smooth traffic movement, minimizing congestion and ensuring hassle-free access.

Container Handling & Storage

• It offers comprehensive services for handling and storing containers, using robust Indital Empty Container Handlers and Forklifts, capable of handling 20ft and 40ft containers and stacking them three high. Their facility can store up to 12,000 TEUs.

Advanced Gate OCR System

• The deployment of an Optical Character Recognition system automates the capture of container ID numbers, sizes, tare weight, and vehicle registration numbers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Automated Entry/Exit Tracking

• The Gate OCR system captures real-time stamps of entry and exit, optimizing processing times and reducing errors in depot management.

Software Integration

• Hourly updates of container movements are automatically reported to shipping lines through the CODECO system, ensuring seamless communication and record-keeping.

Daily Auto Reporting

Container Repair & Maintenance

• It provides repair and maintenance services to ensure container seaworthiness according to IICL standards, including pre-and post-repair surveys and container fabrication.
