Internally, Company manages operations through a comprehensive 3PL framework. This covers invoicing, pick and pack, inventory management, and distribution. The company currently maintains 2,00,000 sq. ft. of warehousing space, with plans to double this capacity. Staff strength stands at 220 employees, with growth planned to 450. Cross-docking, kitting, and SOP standardisation are also part of its internal service structure.
